Where were you born?

I was born & raised in Central Missouri

Where is the place you call home?

 Austin, Texas

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

An architect, a dancer, a teacher, a writer, Oprah.

What is your profession?

I’m a coach, writer & content creator. If I could figure out a way to integrate architecture and dancing into my work, I’ll have fulfilled my childhood dreams.

What profession, other than your own, would you like to attempt?

This is really off the rails…I’ve always wanted to be a backup dancer.

What is your favorite quote?

Our days are happier if we give people a bit of our heart rather than a piece of our mind.

What is your preferred form of creative expression?

Writing!

Who do you admire most?

Marianne Williamson. She is wise and eloquent and graceful.

Over the course of your life, what is an issue with which you have repeatedly struggled?

Probably procrastination. I’m quite good at winging it and finishing in the 11th hour…though I know life would be more enjoyable if I didn’t do this!

Who is your celebrity crush?

Currently, Shawn Mendes…I never took myself for a Cougar, but I’ll make an exception.

What natural gift or ability would you most like to possess?

I SO wish I could sing well. I’ve often considered taking lessons just so I could feel competent at karaoke

What do you consider your greatest achievement?

My greatest achievement is electing to be alcohol-free. It is the achievement that has freed up space for everything else I’ve accomplished.

What quality do you admire most in a person?

Curiosity – I love others who are eager to learn and explore. Curiosity is an interesting quality because it goes beyond academics and intellect and into one’s willingness to explore their own psyche and be open to alternate points of view.

What is something you would like to learn about?

I’m a Jill of All Trades, I love learning about everything (for the most part), but I’m especially interested in metaphysics and always love to learn more in that area.

What is your idea of success?

Success is the bravery to be self-expressed & the knowing you are offering your greatest gift to the world.

What would you like people to say about you when you’re gone?

I really hope the work I do makes a big impact in this world. I’d love people to say that I contributed to their growth and enlightenment in some way. That would be such an honor.
