Where the Magic Is

Episode 98 of The Path to Authenticity features yoga teacher and Lululemon Ambassador Chelsea Gage. A Florida native, Chelsea is the co-owner of Yoga Path Palm Beach in West Palm Beach. Her teaching is rooted in her own practice developed over the last 13 years. This energy comes through in every single class she teaches. One of her gifts is the ability to help students find their own roots through incorporating the limbs of yoga including asana, breathwork, and meditation in a way that stays with them long after they’ve left the mat. As a teacher, Chelsea focuses on creating a compassionate, loving space for students to tap into their inner wisdom. As a studio owner, her focus is to create a welcoming and inclusive community that makes yoga accessible to everyone.
